How to review and manage a product subscription
The subscription page brings together the plan, billing information, included features, seats and recurring charges for one product.
You will need to be an administrator or have permission to manage account, billing and upgrading to manage your subscriptions.
From the Hub, select your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select Account & billing.
Select Product management.
Products may be grouped by type. If groups are shown, expand the relevant group, such as Websites or Domain, Email and Hosting, to view the products.
Find the product you want to review and select Manage product beside it to open its product page.
Review the current subscription
The Current subscription panel shows the plan name, product name, status and any scheduled price or recurring charges. If there are no recurring charges, this is stated instead. It also shows the billing cycle, next payment, payment method and current seat usage.
From this panel, you can:
- Modify package: where available, review the changes for this product and any prices shown before confirming. For website products, select Contact support to modify package. Website package changes must be arranged with our customer support team.
- Update payment method: change how invoices for your account are paid.
Your plan includes
The Your plan includes section lists the allowances and features included with the plan. From this section, you can:
- Manage team member seat allocation: allocate or remove seats to control which team members can access the product.
- Manage team permissions: control what allocated team members can see and do within the product. Permissions are separate from seat allocation.
- Browse add-ons in the Store: review optional extras.
Check recurring charges
The Recurring charges section lists every recurring charge attached to the product, grouped by billing schedule. Select View all upcoming payments to see upcoming charges across the account. Review cancellation
Select Cancel product from the current subscription panel to review the closure process. Read the effect and timing shown before confirming any cancellation.
Closing a product and changing a subscription can affect access and future billing. Check the product name, plan and billing details before continuing with any change.
