How to find, review and manage your products

Product management gives you one place to review every product on your Webfactory account. You can check each product's plan, seat usage and status, then open the relevant management options.

You will need to be an administrator or have permission to manage account, billing and upgrading to manage your products.

Step 1

From the Hub, select your profile picture in the top-right corner.

Step 2

Select Account & billing.

Step 3

Select Product management.

Step 4

Products may be grouped by type. If groups are shown, expand the relevant group, such as Websites or Domain, Email and Hosting, to view the products.

You can also turn on Show closed products if you also need to review products that have already been closed.

Step 5

Find the product you want to manage. Each product displays key information at a glance:

  • Product: shows the product name, type and reference number.
  • Plan: shows the current subscription.
  • Seat usage: shows how many seats are allocated and how many remain available.
  • Status: shows whether the product is live, pre-live or in another stage.
  • Actions: contains the controls available for that product.
Step 6

Select Manage product beside a product to open its page, where you can:

  • Manage team member seat allocation: allocate or remove seats for team members and check how many seats remain available.
  • Manage team permissions: control what team members can see and do within the product.
  • Current plan: review the plan, billing details, included features and recurring charges. Select Modify package where available to review subscription changes. For website products, select Contact support to modify package to contact our customer support team about changing your package.
  • Cancel product: review what happens when the product is cancelled and confirm its closure.

Use the team member's profile when you want to review one person's seats across several products. Use Product management when you want to manage several people on one product.
