How to allocate product seats through a team member's profile

Use a team member's profile to allocate seats and give that person access to Webfactory products. Each product the person can open uses one seat.

You need permission to manage your team and product access. Read What does the Manage team members and groups Hub permission allow?.

First add the person as a team member if they do not already exist. See How to add a new team member in the Hub.

Step 1

From the Hub, select your profile picture in the top-right corner.

Select Manage team.

Step 3

Select Team members.

Step 4

Open the team member you want to give product access to.

Step 5

Select the Product access tab.

Step 6

To give access to another product, select Add access. In the dialog, expand the relevant product type and find the product.

Step 7

Select Assign seat beside the product. Review the confirmation, then select Assign seat to confirm or Cancel to leave access unchanged. If all seats are in use, follow the options shown to replace an existing allocation or upgrade where available.

Step 8

After confirming, check the Products with access list to verify the change. If a dialog is still open, select Close to return to the Product access tab.

Assigning a seat gives the team member access to the product. It does not change the product's subscription. If you choose an upgrade because no seats are available, review the subscription changes and prices before confirming.
