Product access and product permissions

This permission allows the team member to give or remove another team member's access to a product. Product access determines which products the person can access and is separate from the permissions available inside each product.

After product access has been assigned, product permissions are managed separately for that product in the Product permissions section of the team member's Permissions tab. Read How to manage product permissions for a team member. You can also manage product permissions using groups.

What this permission does not allow

This permission does not allow the team member to grant or remove administrator access. Only an administrator can make another team member an administrator.

Giving product access does not automatically grant every permission inside the product. Product permissions are managed separately for every product. Read What is the difference between Hub permissions and product permissions?.

To grant or remove this permission for one person, use How to manage Hub permissions for a team member. To apply it to several people, use How to manage Hub permissions using groups.
