How to update your payment method
In this article we'll guide you through the process of updating your payment method.
We recommend setting up a Direct Debit as your payment method for the ease of automatic payments. Please ensure your bank account has sufficient funds to avoid failed transactions.
- Click on your profile image then on 'Account and billing'.
- Select 'Invoices and payments'. This will redirect you to a new page where you can view your billing history and current payment method.
- On the 'Invoices and payments' page, look for a button named 'Update payment method'.
- You'll then be presented with options to set up a new payment method. This can be a credit or debit card, or you can set up a Direct Debit from your bank account. Input the required information depending on the option you choose. Ensure all details entered are accurate to avoid any future payment issues.
- After entering all the necessary information, click this to confirm the changes.
- You should see a confirmation message on the screen or receive a confirmation email to verify that your payment method has been successfully updated.
