How to update your payment method

In this article we'll guide you through the process of updating your payment method.

We recommend setting up a Direct Debit as your payment method for the ease of automatic payments. Please ensure your bank account has sufficient funds to avoid failed transactions.

  1. Click on your profile image then on 'Account and billing'.
  2. Select 'Invoices and payments'. This will redirect you to a new page where you can view your billing history and current payment method.
  3. On the 'Invoices and payments' page, look for a button named 'Update payment method'.
  4. You'll then be presented with options to set up a new payment method. This can be a credit or debit card, or you can set up a Direct Debit from your bank account. Input the required information depending on the option you choose. Ensure all details entered are accurate to avoid any future payment issues.
  5. After entering all the necessary information, click this to confirm the changes.
  6. You should see a confirmation message on the screen or receive a confirmation email to verify that your payment method has been successfully updated.
