How to make a payment to your account
In this article we'll guide you through the process of making a manual payment to your account. Only administrators and users with account management permission can access these sections.
Payment via your 'Account and billing' section.
- Click on your profile image then 'Account and billing'.
- Select 'Invoices and payments'.
- Find your account balance and click on the 'make a payment' button. You'll be then redirected to the payment page where you can enter your payment card details. Please note this button will only be visible if there is a current balance due.
Payment via an invoice you've received
- You'll receive an email with your invoice around a week before its due date. In this email you'll find a payment link. You'll be able to settle your balance via this link by entering your payment card details.
- Alternatively, if you open the attached PDF invoice, you'll find a payment link at the bottom of the page as well as other methods of making a payment such as a direct payment.
