How to make a payment to your account

In this article we'll guide you through the process of making a manual payment to your account. Only administrators and users with account management permission can access these sections.

Payment via your 'Account and billing' section.

  1. Click on your profile image then 'Account and billing'.
  2. Select 'Invoices and payments'.
  3. Find your account balance and click on the 'make a payment' button. You'll be then redirected to the payment page where you can enter your payment card details. Please note this button will only be visible if there is a current balance due.

Payment via an invoice you've received

  • You'll receive an email with your invoice around a week before its due date. In this email you'll find a payment link. You'll be able to settle your balance via this link by entering your payment card details.
  • Alternatively, if you open the attached PDF invoice, you'll find a payment link at the bottom of the page as well as other methods of making a payment such as a direct payment.
