How to add sub-categories to your knowledge base
In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of adding sub-categories to your knowledge base.
- Click on the 'Content' tab.
- Find and select the category you want to add a sub-category to.
- Then, click on 'Add sub-category' next to the sub-category section's title.
- Fill in the required information:
- Title: give the new sub-category a title.
- Icon: you can add an icon to your categories, by clicking 'select icon' and search for an icon in the search bar.
- Description: add a short description of what the sub-category is about.
- Publishing status: Select if you wish to publish or not publish the sub-category.
- Finally, click on the 'Add sub-category' button.
