How to add sub-categories to your knowledge base

In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of adding sub-categories to your knowledge base.

  1. Click on the 'Content' tab.
  2. Find and select the category you want to add a sub-category to.
  3. Then, click on 'Add sub-category' next to the sub-category section's title.
  4. Fill in the required information:
    • Title: give the new sub-category a title.
    • Icon: you can add an icon to your categories, by clicking 'select icon' and search for an icon in the search bar.
    • Description: add a short description of what the sub-category is about.
    • Publishing status: Select if you wish to publish or not publish the sub-category.
  5. Finally, click on the 'Add sub-category' button.
