How to add categories to your knowledge base

In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of adding categories to your knowledge base.

  1. Click on the 'Content' tab.
  2. Click on ' Add categories'.
  3. Fill in the required information:
    • Title: give the new category a title.
    • Icon: you can add an icon to your categories, by clicking 'select icon' and search for an icon in the search bar.
    • Description: add a short description of what the category is about.
    • Publishing status: Select if you wish to publish or not publish the category.
  4. Finally, click on the 'Add category' button.
