How to add categories to your knowledge base
In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of adding categories to your knowledge base.
- Click on the 'Content' tab.
- Click on ' Add categories'.
- Fill in the required information:
- Title: give the new category a title.
- Icon: you can add an icon to your categories, by clicking 'select icon' and search for an icon in the search bar.
- Description: add a short description of what the category is about.
- Publishing status: Select if you wish to publish or not publish the category.
- Finally, click on the 'Add category' button.
