How to assign a category or sub-category to an article in your knowledge base

Assigning a category during article creation

Via the overview page:

  1. Click on the ' Add article' button.
  2. On the article creation screen, use the 'Category dropdown menu' to select a category for your article.
  3. Finally click on the 'Add article' button.

Via the 'Content' tab:

  1. Click on the 'Content tab'.
  2. Choose the category you want to assign the article to.
  3. Finally click on the 'Add article' button.
