How to unpublish a category or sub-category from your knowledge base

In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of unpublishing a category or sub-category from your knowledge base.

Note that if you unpublish a main category, all dependant sub-categories will be unpublished at the same time.

Click on the 'Content' tab.
Find the category or sub-category you wish to unpublish and click on the '' next to it.
Then, toggle off the 'Unpublish' slider. If you're unpublishing a main category and it has any linked sub-categories, a message will appear warning you that all sub-categories will be unpublished as well.
Finally select 'Confirm'.
