How to add your Webfactory Mail to Outlook on your iPhone
In this article, we'll guide you through the process of adding your Webfactory Mail account to Microsoft Outlook on your iPhone.
- If you haven't already, download the Microsoft Outlook app from the App Store.
- Open the Microsoft Outlook app on your iPhone.
- If you don't have an account set up yet, you'll be prompted to add one. If you already have an account, tap your profile image at the top of the screen.
- Select "Add Account."
- Enter your Webfactory email address and tap 'Add Account'.
- Choose 'IMAP' on the 'Select your email' provider screen.
- You should be automatically redirected to the IMAP account settings.
- Type the name you wish to be displayed on your sent messages. Optionally you can describe what the account is for in the 'Description' section e.g. Work.
- In the 'IMAP Incoming Email Server settings' section.
- In the IMAP Hostname filed, type mailserver1.webfactory.co.uk
- In the Port section, enter 993.
- For Security type, select SSL.
- In 'IMAP Username', enter your full email address if not already displayed.
- Enter your password.
- In the outgoing mail server settings.
- In the SMTP Hostname field, type mailserver1.webfactory.co.uk
- In the Port section, enter 465.
- For Security type, select SSL.
- In 'IMAP Username', enter your full email address if not already displayed.
- Enter your password again.
- Tap 'Sign In '.
- You'll then be notified about how Outlook uses your data. When you've finished going through the privacy settings, click 'Next'.
- You'll be redirected to a new page asking you about additional diagnostic and data. You can either 'Accept' or 'Decline' .
- When your your privacy settings have all been set up, click on 'Continue to Outlook".
- Before accessing your email account you may be asked if you'd like to enable notifications from Outlook on your Iphone.
- You should now have access to your Webfactory email in the Microsoft Outlook app for Iphone.
