In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of setting up your Webfactory Mail email account on your Android device.

1. Open the Gmail app
   • First, locate and tap on the Gmail app on your Android home screen. If you can't find the Gmail app, you can download it from the Google Play Store.
2. Add new email account
   • If this is your first time opening the Gmail app, you may be prompted to set up an email account. If you already have an account set up, tap on ' Add another email address'. Alternatively, click on your profile picture and then on 'Add another email address'.
   • On the next screen, click on 'Other'.
3. Enter your email information
   • On the 'Set up email' screen, enter your full email address, then click 'Next'.
   • Select 'Personal (IMAP)'.
   • Then enter your password.
4. Set up incoming server settings
   • Under the 'Incoming server' section, enter the following details:
     • Username: your full email address.
     • Password: the password for your email account.
     • Server: mailserver1.webfactory.co.uk
   • Tap 'Next'.
5. Set up outgoing server settings
   • Under the 'Outgoing server' section, enter the following details:
     • Username: your full email address.
     • Password: the password for your email account.
     • Server: mailserver1.webfactory.co.uk
   • After entering all details, tap 'Next'.
6. Account options
   • You'll now be prompted to adjust your account options. This includes how often you want your device to check for new email and when you want to be notified. Adjust these settings to your preference, then tap 'Next'.
7. The system will now create your account on Gmail.
8. Set up account name and display name
   • Enter your preferred account name and your name (this is the name that will appear in the 'From' field of your emails).
   • Once you're finished, tap 'Next'.

Your email account should now be successfully added to your Android device, and you can access it via the Email app.
