How to personalise your knowledge base's URL
In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of personalising your knowledge base's URL.
If you want to use your own domain read our guide on setting up your custom domain.
- Click on the 'Settings' tab.
- Navigate to the 'Custom web address' section.
- Next to your current Knowledge base URL, click on the 'Change' button.
- Choose 'Use a kbsite.io domain'.
- Type the name you'd like to use for your knowledge base. Note that the name must be at least 4 character. Letters, numbers and hyphens are the only permitted characters
- Finally, click on the 'Update address' button.
All URLs will end with 'kbsite.io'. If you wish to have a custom domain name instead, you can set up a new domain for your knowledge base, find more about unique domain name here.
