How to change your knowledge base's appearance
In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of changing your knowledge base's appearance.
- Click on the 'Settings' tab.
- Navigate to the 'Appearance' section. In this section you'll be able to change some visual aspects of your knowledge base:
- You can upload or update your logo for better display across different devices. There are two types of logos you can add:
- Logo: ideal for larger screens such as desktops and tablets. For best results, we recommend uploading a rectangular version of your logo.
- Square logo: ideal for smaller screens like mobile devices.
- Brand colour: customise the look of your knowledge base by selecting a colour from the palette or entering a specific hex code. Please note that this will only affect icons and certain text elements.
- Font: select one of the available font options to update your font style.
- Font size: choose from three font size options: small, medium, or large
- Icon style: this option lets you choose different styles for your categories and sub-categories icons. To change the icons style, click on the 'Change' button and select the styles you wish to use.
- Favicon: this option enables you to upload your favicon next to your knowledge base's name in the browser tab.
- You can upload or update your logo for better display across different devices. There are two types of logos you can add:
- Finally, click on the 'Update' button.
