How to change your knowledge base's appearance
In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of changing your knowledge base's appearance.
- Click on the 'Settings' tab.
- Navigate to the 'Appearance' section. In this section you'll be able to change some visual aspects of your knowledge base:
- Logo: You can add or change your logo. There are two different logo types you can upload for better display across devices. 'Rectangle' for larger screens (desktop or tablets) and 'Square' for smaller screen (mobile devices).
- First, click on the '' under one of the logo types.
- Either upload a new logo by choosing a local or cloud based image, then click on the 'Upload' button,
- or edit (crop or rotate) your current one, then click on the 'Add image' button.
- Colours: here you can change the colours of your knowledge base, either by choosing the colour directly from the colour palette or by inputting the colour hex code.
- Font: to change the font, click on the 'Change font' button and select the font you wish to use.
- Text size: you can change the text size by scrolling the size menu and selecting the desired size.
- Favicon: this option enables you to display your favicon next to your knowledge base's name in the browser tab.
- Icon style: This option lets you choose different styles for your categories and sub-categories icons.

- Finally, click on the 'Update' button.
