How to unpublish a category or subcategory from your knowledge base
In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of unpublishing a category or subcategory from your knowledge base.
Note that if you unpublish a main category, all dependant subcategories will be unpublished at the same time.
Step 1
Click on the 'Content' tab.
Step 2
Find the category or subcategory you wish to unpublish and click on the '' next to it.
Step 3
Then, toggle off the 'Unpublish' slider. If you're unpublishing a main category and it has any linked subcategories, a message will appear warning you that all subcategories will be unpublished as well.
Step 4
Finally select 'Confirm'.
