How to add sub categories to your knowledge base

In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of adding sub categories to your knowledge base.

  1. Click on the 'Content' tab.
  2. Find and select the category you want to add a sub category to.
  3. Then, click on 'Add sub category' next to the sub category section's title.
  4. Fill in the required information:
    • Title: give the new sub category a title.
    • Icon: you can add an icon to your categories, by clicking 'Select icon' and search for an icon in the search bar.
    • Description: add a short description of what the sub category is about.
    • Publishing status: Select if you wish to publish or not publish the sub category.
  5. Finally, click on the 'Add sub category' button.
