How to embed videos in your articles in your knowledge base

In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of embedding videos in articles in your knowledge base.

Either add a new article or choose an existing article.
Now, click on either the 'Add content' button if this is a new article, or on the icon if this is an existing article.
Select one or two columns to structure your content layout.
Then, choose either 'Vimeo' or 'Youtube' as your content type.
Finally, click on the ' Add section' button.
A new 'Video content' box will appear on your article.
To embed a video simply click on the 'Video content' box.
A pop up will appear asking you to paste the video embedded HTML code.
Find the video's embedded HTML code:
- Go to your preferred video hosting provider (e.g YouTube, Vimeo, etc.).
- If you've already uploaded a video, find the video you wish to add to your article or upload a video on the hosting platform if you haven't done so.
- Copy the embedded HTML code.
Go back to your article.
Paste the embedded HTML code into the 'Video content' box.
Finally, click on the 'Update' button.
