How to add content to articles in your knowledge base

In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of adding content to your articles in your knowledge base.

  1. You can either add a new article or locate an existing article you want to add content to, then click on it.
  2. You’ll be directed to the editor page.
  3. Either click on the 'Add content' button if this is a new article, or if this is an existing article click on the icon.
  4. Now, add one or two columns to structure your content layout.
  5. Then, add the desired content type to your article by clicking on one of the available options:
    • Add text: to add text content to your article.
    • Add image: to link an image from your local computer or from the cloud.
    • Video: to embed videos from a third party site, you have the choice between two options:
      • Youtube videos
      • Vimeo videos
    • HTML: to add HTML snippet.
    • *Download: to upload files that users can download directly from the article
    • Tip: to give your audience tips you might find relevant to the article.
    • Click on the ' add section' button.
  6. Finally, click on the newly added content box to start adding your desired content.

If you wish to link other articles you can do so by updating the 'Related articles' section and tick the articles you wish to link together.
