How to link articles together in your knowledge base

In this article, we'll guide you through the process of linking articles together in your knowledge base.

You can use two methods to link articles together.

  1. Click on the 'Content' tab.
  2. Find the article you want to link other articles to and set it aside.
    • Linking articles form text content.
      • Open the article you want to link in a new tab.
      • Copy the article ID located in the top-left corner of the article.
      • Go back to the article where you’d like to add the link.
      • Click on the relevant 'Text content' box.
      • Locate where you want to place the link.
      • Use Text to create a link, which will open in a new tab.
      • Click on the 'Update' button to save your content.
    • Linking from the 'Related articles' section.
      • Click on the ' Update' button in the 'Related articles' section
      • Find the article you wish to link. You can use the search command, either 'Command+f' on MacOS or 'Control+f' on Window, and type the article keyword to find it.
      • Select the article by ticking the box next to it.
      • Finally, click the 'Update' button at the end of the page.
