How to add images to articles in your knowledge base

In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of adding images to your articles in your knowledge base.

  1. Click on either the 'Add content' button if this is a new article, or on the icon if this is an existing article.
  2. Select one or two columns to structure your content layout.
  3. Then, click on the 'Add image' content button.
  4. Finally, click on the ' Add section' button.
  5. A new 'Image content' box will appear.
  6. To upload an image simply click on the 'Image content box'.
  7. A pop up will appear asking you to choose a file.
  8. Click on the 'Choose a file' button.
  9. Navigate to your local or cloud storage and find the image you wish to upload.
  10. Make sure to click on the 'Upload' button.
  11. Once the file has been uploaded, click on the 'Update' button.
