How to add images to articles in your knowledge base
In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of adding images to your articles in your knowledge base.
Click on either the Add content button if this is a new article, or on the icon if this is an existing article.
Select one or two columns to structure your content layout.
Click the Add image content button.
Click the Add section button.
A new Image content box will appear.
Click the Image content box to upload an image.
A pop-up will appear asking you to choose a file.
Click on the Choose a file button.
Navigate to your local or cloud storage and find the image you wish to upload.
Make sure to click on the Upload button.
Once the file has been uploaded, click on the Update button.
