How to send a user a login reminder
In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of sending your team members a login reminder.
Only administrators or users with permission to manage users can perform this task.
- Click on your profile image then 'Manage team'.
- Click on 'Team members'.
- Find the team member you'd like to send a login reminder to and click on the 3 dots.
- A menu will appear. You can now click on 'Send login reminder'.
- A notification will appear in a green box letting you know a reminder has been sent out by email to your team member.
