How to send a team member a login reminder

In this article, we'll guide you through sending a team member a login reminder.

Only team members with administrator access or the 'Manage team members and groups' permission can send a reminder.

Step 1

Click your profile image and select 'Manage team'.

Step 2

Select 'Team members'.

Step 3

Find the team member and open the three-dot menu.

Step 4

Select 'Send login reminder'.

Step 5

A confirmation appears when the reminder email has been sent.
