How to send a user a login reminder

In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of sending your team members a login reminder.

Only administrators or users with permission to manage users can perform this task.

  1. Click on your profile image then 'Manage team'.
  2. Click on 'Team members'.
  3. Find the team member you'd like to send a login reminder to and click on the 3 dots.
  4. A menu will appear. You can now click on 'Send login reminder'.
  5. A notification will appear in a green box letting you know a reminder has been sent out by email to your team member.
