How to manage and update user settings
In this guide we'll guide through the process of managing and updating user settings.
Please note only administrators and users who have been granted permission to manage users can edit a user's profile. All users can edit their own profile however some elements are only editable by administrators.
- Click on your profile image, then 'Manage team'.
- Select 'Team members' to see the list of all users.
- Locate the user whose profile you want to modify, click on the 3 dots, and choose 'Edit team member'.
- You'll be directed to the team member's page, where you can now edit the user's profile, granting new permissions, adding to a user group, changing product access, etc.
