How to remove a team member's access to a product
In this article, we'll guide you through removing a team member's access to a product.
Product access is managed centrally in the Webfactory Hub. Only team members with administrator access or the 'Manage team members and groups' permission can change it. Removing access also removes that team member's direct permissions for the product.
Choose the product first, then remove the team member's allocation.
Step 1
Click your profile image and select 'Manage team'.
Step 2
Select 'Product access'.
Step 3
Choose the product from the list.
Step 4
Click 'Manage team members'.
Step 5
Find the team member and click 'Remove team member', then confirm the change. A product must retain at least one allocated team member.
