How to give a team member access to a product
In this article, we'll guide you through giving a team member access to a product.
Product access is managed centrally in the Webfactory Hub. Only team members with administrator access or the 'Manage team members and groups' permission can change it. Allocating a team member uses one of the product's available seats.
Each allocated team member uses a seat from the seat limit. Some products have unlimited seats.
Choose the product first, then allocate one or more team members.
Step 1
Click your profile image and select 'Manage team'.
Step 2
Select 'Product access'.
Step 3
Choose the product from the list.
Step 4
Click 'Manage team members'.
Step 5
Find the team member and click 'Allocate team member'.
