In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of granting a user access to a product.

You can manage product access for your team members directly from your Webfactory Hub dashboard. Please note that only administrators or users with permission to manage users can perform this action.

There are two different methods available for configuring your team members’ access:

Granting product access via individual team member

This feature allows you to provide access to a product or products directly on a per team member basis.

1. Click on your profile image then 'Manage your team'.
2. Select 'Team members'.
3. Click on the name of the team member you wish to grant access to.
4. Locate the 'Products' section and click on it.
5. Scroll through the available options and grant access by ticking the boxes corresponding to the desired products.

Granting product access via the products access section

This option enables you to directly provide product access to an individual team member or multiple members via the product itself.

1. Click on your profile image then 'Manage your team'.
2. Select 'Product access'.
3. A list of all your available products will be displayed.
4. Select a specific product by clicking on the 'Manage access' button.
5. A list of your team members will appear; here, you can revoke access for each team member by clicking on the corresponding buttons.
