How to use your Feedback Centre (non-website products)
This article explains how you can review your design concepts and approve your final designs. This process applies to non-website products such as logo design and business card design.
Once your design concepts are completed your designer will email you asking you to go to the Feedback Centre to view your designs and leave feedback.
To access your concepts, log into the Webfactory Hub and click on the 'Feedback Centre' link next to the product you are reviewing.
You will be presented with the concept designs your designer has created. You can click on each of the concepts to view a larger image.
When you've finished reviewing your drafts, either:
- Mark it as completed: meaning you're happy with the concept design and don't wish to request changes.
- Click the "Proceed to approval" button.
- Choose your preferred concept
- Accept the terms and conditions.
- Click on the "Approve" button.
Your designer will now save all the high quality versions of your selected concept and send you details on how to access them.
- Request changes: If you have change requests to make.
- Add your feedback in the 'Your feedback' box below the concepts. Make sure to be as clear and concise as possible.
- Click on the 'Add feedback' button.
- Then on the 'Submit to your designer' button.
- Your feedback will be sent to your designer. They'll work on the requested amendments. Once they've finished, they'll let you know that the updates are ready for you to review.
- If you're happy with the amended draft, mark it as complete or add a new feedback to continue the process until you're happy with your design.
Try to be as detailed as possible when given feedback to your designer. You should make sure that your feedback is as clear and to the point as possible.
That means:
- Tell the designer which of the concept is your preferred one.
- The desired changes you wish to be made.
- If no concepts catch your eye, tell them why and explain what you're looking for.
- Don't hesitate to upload examples of what you wish the concept to look like.
