How to use your Feedback Centre to approve your website

In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of approving your website using the Feedback Centre.

Once all your feedback has been addressed by your designer and you have no further changes to request, you can approve your website.

How to approve your website

Approving your website means that you're happy with the design and have no further design changes to request. In the Feedback Centre, you'll see an Approve your design button at the top of the page.

Follow this link and you'll be presented with two options:

  • Go pre-live: we'll give you full access to the website editor so you can make any further changes. We won't make your site publicly available until you ask us to.
  • Go live: we'll give you full access to the website editor and submit your website to search engines.

Your designer will be notified of your approval. They will either launch your site if you choose the live option or give you access to the website editor so you can make your final amendments if you choose the pre-live option.

You can use the website editor to make changes at any time, even after your website has launched.

If you choose to go pre-live, notify us by phone, email or live chat when you're ready to go live so we can submit your site to search engines.
