How to make your website live

In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of going live with your website.

Going live means that your website will be accessible via the internet. Before going live, you can choose to make your website pre-live first. Pre-live enables you to make your final adjustments and tweaks before your website is fully launched.

Step 1

Request to go live
Once you're happy with the final version of your website, let our customer support team know and request to go live.

Step 2

Payment of remaining balance
Before your website goes live, we'll request that any outstanding balance is settled. Once the payment is processed, we'll start the process of going live.

Step 3

Going live
Once your website is live, it'll be accessible to users on the internet. At this stage we'll submit your website to Google. Please note that newly launched websites appear on search engine results pages usually within a week, but this might take longer. The timing is outside our control, and we cannot speed up the process.

Step 4

Post-launch support
After your website is live, you'll still be able to make changes yourself using the website editor. For example, you can write content and upload images. If you need post-launch support, you can contact our customer support team by email, telephone or live chat.
