How to use your Feedback Centre to track your progress (websites)
In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of tracking your feedback progress using the Feedback Centre.
When your designer has finished working on your requested changes, they'll let you know that the changes have been updated. You can then go back to your Feedback Centre, where you'll notice that your changes have progressed to the ‘Changes we need you to update’ section.
Tracking your feedback progress:
- Go through each of the changes by clicking on the 'Update' button.
- To add comments:
- Click on the 'Reply to designer' button.
- Write your comments in the dialog box. You can also upload files and images.
- Then click on the 'Send reply' button.
- Each request will move to ‘Ready to send to your designer’ section.
- To mark the change as complete:
- Click on the 'Mark as complete' button.
- Each request will move to the ‘Completed feedback’ section.
- If you have new change requests, click on the 'Add feedback' button.
- To add comments:
- You'll need to respond to every change request before you can send your updates to your designer.
- If you have no change requests you can approve your website by clicking the 'Proceed to approval' button.
- Finally, click on the 'Submit feedback to your designer' button.
The process of adding changes, updating your comments, and approving will continue until all of your requests have been completed.
