How to use your Feedback Centre to request changes (websites)
In this article, we’ll guide you through the steps of requesting changes to your website design using the Feedback Centre.
The ‘Feedback Centre’ allows you to communicate with your designer about your website design by submitting change requests.
Within the Feedback centre, you can view your website by clicking on the ‘View website’ button. This will open your site in a new tab, where you'll be able to review it.
How to request changes to your website:
- On your Hub click on ‘Go to Feedback Centre’.
- Then click the 'Add feedback' button.
- Name your feedback request, which should clearly reflects the nature of the change.
- Select the change type.
- Select the section of the site it relates to.
- Provide a description of the change.
- Try to be as detailed as possible so your designer can fully understand your request.
- Avoid multiple change requests in one description.
- If required, you can upload supporting files to your feedback such as an image or document by clicking the 'Choose file' button.
- Finally click the ‘Add feedback’ button.
- You’ll see your feedback request in the ‘Feedback Centre’.
- Now, submit your feedback to your designer by clicking the ‘Submit to designer’ button.
- Confirm by clicking the ‘Submit feedback’ button.
Your designer will be notified and will make the requested changes or leave a comment for you to respond to.
Once they’ve finished, they'll let you know that the updates are ready for you to review.
You can add as many Feedback items as you like by starting this process again for each request.
