Why is my account suspended
If you received an email or text message stating that your account has been suspended, or if you are automatically redirected to the 'Account suspension page', this usually means there is an overdue balance or unpaid invoice on your account.

How to restore your account
You can restore your account by clearing the outstanding balance. You have several options:
- Log in to the Hub
- When you log in, you'll automatically be redirected to the 'Account suspension page', where you'll see the message “Your account Is currently suspended.” From there, simply click the 'Make a payment' button and follow the instructions.

When will my account be restored?
Once your payment has been successfully processed, your account will be automatically restored. Please allow up to 30 minutes for the system to update.
