Why is my account closed
There are two main reasons why an account may be closed.
- The account was closed at your request: If you've contacted us and asked for your account to be closed, or closed your account yourself via the Hub, we would have processed this request and confirmed it with you.
- The account was suspended and then automatically closed: If your account was previously suspended due to an unpaid balance and the balance remained outstanding for an extended period, the account will eventually move from suspended to closed.
How to restore your account
If you would like to discuss restoring your account, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.
You can contact us by phone: 02920 090 190 or email: hello@webfactory.co.uk.
If you have an outstanding balance with us, all charges must be settled first.
Note that we may ask for a standard reactivation fee of £60 + VAT depending on how long the account has been closed. It is also not always possible to restore closed accounts.
To comply with GDPR, we regularly delete inactive accounts. In addition as we add new features to our platform we only consider compatibility with currently active accounts. This means the longer an account has been closed, the less likely it is that we can restore it.
