Introduction to the webshop

In this article we'll give you a quick introduction to your webshop.

Your webshop is your online store where you sell products or services, enabling customers to browse, purchase, and complete transactions online.

Within your website editor you'll have access to all the tools to personalise, manage and edit your webshop.

Metrics and orders overview: Visual summary of your sales metrics and orders.

  • Metrics
    • Total sales count: The overall number of sales made.
    • Best sales day: The day with the highest sales value.
    • Best sales month: The month with the highest sales value.
    • Sales this year: The total sales value for the current year.
    • Products: The number of products in your webshop.
  • Order
    • New orders: Orders received but not yet processed.
    • Awaiting stock: Orders pending fulfillment due to stock availability.
    • Preparing: Orders being prepared for shipment.
    • Dispatched: Orders that have been shipped to customers.
    • Cancelled: Orders that have been canceled.
    • All orders: The total count of all orders, including those in various stages of processing.
