How to customise your webshop invoices
In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of customising your webshop invoices.
Step 1
In the website editor, go to the 'Webshop' tab.
Step 2
Select 'Invoice and messages'.
Step 3
Navigate to the 'Invoice settings' section.
Step 4
You have now access to different customisation options for your invoices:
- Invoice style: choose how you'd like the invoices linked to the order confirmation to be displayed to your customers.
- Show in plain page: basic stand alone page with minimal design.
- Show within website: displayed within your website with the same design as your site.
- Invoice introduction message: this appears at the top of the invoice and might include delivery and returns procedures.
- Invoice contact information: section of the invoice to fill in your contact details.
Step 5
Finish the process by updating your settings.
