How to remove a Webfactory Mail account
In this article, we'll guide through the steps of removing a Webfactory Mail account.
Step 1
First, click on the 'Domain, Email and Hosting' section of your Webfactory Hub, you'll then be directed to the 'Domain, Email and Hosting Overview' page.
Step 2
Now, find and click on 'Email accounts'.
Step 3
To remove an email address, click on the ' Settings' related to the email address you wish to remove.
Step 4
A scroll down menu will appear, select 'Remove your account'.
Step 5
Once you have agreed with the terms and conditions of removing your email account, type 'delete' in the related box.
Step 6
Finally, click the on the 'Remove email account' button.
Step 7
A pop up confirmation will appear letting you know that your email account has been successfully removed.
