How to remove a Webfactory Mail account
In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of removing a Webfactory Mail account.
Step 1
First, click the 'Domain, Email and Hosting' section in your Webfactory Hub. You'll then be directed to the 'Domain, Email and Hosting Overview' page.
Step 2
Now, find and click on 'Email accounts'.
Step 3
To remove an email address, click on the ' Settings' related to the email address you wish to remove.
Step 4
A dropdown menu will appear. Select 'Remove account'.
Step 5
Once you have agreed to the terms and conditions for removing your email account, type 'delete' in the confirmation box.
Step 6
Finally, click on the 'Remove email account' button.
Step 7
A pop-up confirmation will appear letting you know that your email account has been successfully removed.
