How to add or create a new Webfactory Mail account

In this article, we'll guide through the steps of creating or adding a new Webfactory Mail account.

Please note that if you have already reached the number of email accounts included in your package, you can still create additional email addresses. When creating a new email account, the system will notify you if you have reached the maximum included in your bundle and inform you that any additional email addresses will incur an extra charge.

  1. First, go to the 'Domain, Email and Hosting' section of your Webfactory Hub.
  2. Next, locate and click on 'Email accounts'.
  3. To add a new email address, click on the 'Add new email address' button.
  4. A dialog box will appear where you can enter the details for your new email address.
  5. Once you've filled in all the required information, click the 'Add' button.
  6. A confirmation will appear letting you know that your new email account has been successfully created.

If you aren't able to add a new email address due to having reached the number of addresses included in your bundle, you can contact our customer support to upgrade your email bundle.
