How to set up an email forwarder

In this article, we'll guide you through the process of setting up an email forwarder.

Email forwarders allow you to forward emails sent to one email address to another email address.

  1. In your Hub, select the 'Domain, Email and Hosting' in your product list.
  2. Click on the 'Email accounts' tab.
  3. Select the 'Forwarders' button of the email account you wish to set up a forwarder for.
  4. Type the destination email you'd like the incoming emails to be forwarded to.
  5. Save your changes by clicking on the 'Update' button.
  6. You can start the process again to add more then one forwarder recipient.
  7. To delete a forwarder recipient click on the red next to the email address in the 'Forwarders' editor.

Forwarded emails are seen as slightly more spammy to the receiving inbox. This can sometimes make emails more likely to end up the a spam folder.
