How to refer someone to us and claim your referral credit

Only administrators and team members with the 'Manage account, billing and upgrading' permission can see the Rewards area.
For every customer you refer who signs up for a website package, you'll receive a £50 reward and they will receive a £50 discount. You can make a referral in several ways:
Have your referral mention your company name or unique referral code when they contact us.
From the Webfactory Hub click on your profile picture then 'Earn rewards' or 'Account & billing', then 'Rewards'.
Then click on the 'Referral scheme' and locate the 'Refer a person / company' section.
Click on the 'Refer with a call' button.
Finally, share this code with the person you’re referring.
You can share your unique referral link with your referral. This will automatically track their sign-up and link it to your account.

Then click on the 'Referral scheme' and locate the 'Refer a person / company' section.
Click on the 'Refer with a link' button.
Finally, share this code with the person you’re referring.

From the Webfactory Hub click on your profile picture then 'Earn rewards' or 'Account & billing', then 'Rewards'.
Then click on 'Referral scheme' and locate 'Get referrals from social media'.
Click on the link to the social network you want to share your referral link to.
Follow the specific steps indicated for the network you selected.
Payment of your reward
Once your referral’s account is linked to yours, payment will be processed within 30 days after your their new website goes live and the full balance has been settled.
You can choose to receive your £50 reward as a credit to your account or as a direct payment to your bank account. If there is an outstanding balance on your account, we may apply referral credits towards that balance.
Please note: The referral scheme may be withdrawn at any time. Only referrals indicated before sign-up can be claimed.
