How to earn account credits
You can earn account credits by sharing your experience with us online. Once approved, the credits can be used on your account.
Only administrators and team members with the 'Manage account, billing and upgrading' permission can see the Rewards area.

How to claim your credits
Step 1
Navigate to the 'Account credits' section by clicking on your profile image, then 'Earn Rewards' or on 'Account & billing', then 'Rewards'.
Step 2
Complete one of the activities listed above.
Step 3
Submit proof if requested (e.g. profile link or screenshot).
Step 4
Your credit will be applied once verified.
Complete any of the activities below, and once verified, the listed credit will be added to your account.
- Video review: record a short video review about your experience £10.00 Credit
- Google review: leave us a review on Google £3.00 Credit
- Trustpilot review: Leave us a review on Trustpilot for £3.00 Credit
- Tweet about us: post a Tweet/X post about our service for £3.00 Credit or follow our official page on X for £1.00 Credit
- Facebook like: like our Facebook page for £1.00 Credit
- Instagram follow: follow our Instagram page for £1.00 Credit
- YouTube subscribe: subscribe to our YouTube channel for £1.00 Credit
