What is the loyalty discount
The loyalty discount rewards you for staying with Webfactory. For each uninterrupted year as a customer, you'll earn an extra 10% discount, up to a maximum of 30%. For more details, read how to earn rewards.
Only administrators and team members with the 'Manage account, billing and upgrading' permission can see the Rewards area.
What can I use my loyalty discount for?
Your loyalty discount can be used for a new website or a redesign of an existing one. It applies to our standard website design packages but not to custom development fees.
How does it work?
You earn an additional 10% loyalty discount on each anniversary of becoming a customer, up to the 30% maximum.
Finding your loyalty discount
In the Webfactory Hub, click your profile image and select 'Earn rewards', or select 'Account & billing' and then 'Rewards'. Open 'Loyalty discount'.
How often can I use my loyalty discount?
You can use your loyalty discount as often as you like.
Applying your loyalty discount
When you are ready to order, contact us and we will provide a voucher code to use at checkout.
