How to earn rewards
You can earn rewards in the Hub through several different activities.
Note that only admin users will see the rewards section.
How to access your rewards
Step 1
In the Hub, click on your profile picture.
Step 2
Then, either select 'Earn Rewards' or click on 'Account & billing', then 'Reward'.
Step 3
Select which rewards you wish to use.
Ways to Earn Rewards
The rewards section is split into three categories:
- Referral Rewards: Invite friends or colleagues to join.When they sign up using your referral link (and meet eligibility conditions), you’ll receive a reward. You can copy and share your unique referral link directly from the Rewards page.
- Loyalty Discount: The longer you're with us, the more you earn. Loyal customers receive ongoing discount benefits or special perks. If you’re eligible, you’ll see your loyalty reward status in this section.
- Account Credits: You may earn rewards for certain actions such as sharing on social media.
