The Welcome Pack is an important part of your website project and must be completed before our design team can begin building your website. It acts as your design brief, providing us with the information we need to understand your business, branding, content, and website requirements.

The more detail you provide, the better we can tailor your website to your needs and expectations.

Why do I need to complete it?

Your Welcome Pack helps us gather all the essential information required to create your website, including:

• Information about your business
• Your branding and logo.
• Website design preferences.
• Page structure
• Pages content.
• Ecommerce requirements (if applicable).
• Search engine optimisation (SEO) preferences.
• Domain and email requirements.
• Social media links.
• Optional add-ons and additional features.

Without this information, our team will be unable to start work on your website.

What’s included in the Welcome Pack?

Your Welcome Pack is divided into several sections:

1. Introduction: Provides important information about the website build process and what is required from you.
2. Important Information: Key details about your project and any information you should be aware of before submitting your brief.
3. About You: Information about your business, services, target audience, and goals.
4. Social Media: Links to your social media profiles that you would like included on your website.
5. Optional Add-ons: Additional products and services that may enhance your website.
6. Your Logo: Upload your company logo and any brand assets you would like us to use.
7. Website Design: Tell us about your preferred colours, styles, layouts, and provide examples of websites you like.
8. Ecommerce: If your website includes online selling functionality, this section allows you to provide information about your products and requirements.
9. Your Pages: Outline the pages you would like included on your website.
10. Content: Provide website content, key messages, images, and any information you would like displayed on your site.
11. Search Optimisation: Select your preferred SEO keyphrases and provide information to help improve your visibility in search engines.
12. Web Address: Confirm your domain name requirements.
13. Email Addresses: Specify any business email addresses you would like to create or transfer.

Can I save my progress?

Yes. You do not need to complete your Welcome Pack in one sitting.

You can save your progress at any time and return to it whenever it is convenient. We recommend completing each section as thoroughly as possible before submitting it.

What happens after I submit my Welcome Pack?

Once you have submitted your Welcome Pack, our team will review the information provided and begin preparing your website build.

After submission, your Welcome Pack will be locked and switched to view-only mode. You will still be able to review the information you submitted, but you will no longer be able to make changes without contacting our team.

If any additional information is required, we will contact you directly.
