The Welcome Pack is the design brief for your website. Complete it before our team starts building your site.

Getting started

Open your Website product in the Hub and select Continue on the Introduction screen. See how to complete and submit your Welcome Pack for the full process. Use Save where available if you want to come back later.

What to prepare

• Business and social media — What you do, where you work, who you serve, what makes you different and the social profiles you want to link to.
• Logo and website design: Your logo or preferred wording, brand colours and examples of websites you like.
• Website pages — A list of pages and layout notes for each, including Home.
• Text, images and files: Approved copy and images you have permission to use. Label each item with the page it belongs to.
• Search phrases: Three phrases that reflect what customers search for and where you work.

The stages depend on your package. Review Website Saver and Optional add-ons if shown. Select Continue to proceed without an upgrade. If you have a separate domain, email or hosting pack, open its product in the Hub.

Where AI can help

• About you and Website design: Use Help me write this to draft your business overview or design notes.
• Your pages and Search optimisation: Review suggested pages and phrases for ideas.
• Content: If you use AI to draft page copy, check the facts and edit the wording before adding it to your page.

Before you submit

Check that your layout notes, content and key requirements are complete. Include anything you agreed at sign-up so your designer has it in the brief. Use the stage list to make final changes before selecting Submit Welcome Pack.

Our team reviews your brief and may return it for more detail. You can view the submitted pack during feedback. Contact our team if you need to change it after submission. Changes at the design stage may incur a fee.
