How to complete and submit your website Welcome Pack
Your Welcome Pack gives your designer the information they need to build your website. You can save your progress and come back later. Use the list of stages to revisit completed sections before submitting.
Before you start
- Read the Welcome Pack introduction.
- Set aside your branding, example websites and draft page text.
- Use Save when you need to pause.
AI can help draft the business overview and design brief, suggest pages and offer ideas for search phrases. Check suggestions against your actual business before using them.
Open your Website product in the Hub. On Introduction, select Continue.
Read Important info, then select Accept & continue.
In About you, describe what you do, who you serve and what makes you different. Use Help me write this if you want a draft to review.
In Social media, choose your networks and add the profiles to link. If you have none, select I don't have any profiles to add and continue through the confirmation screen.
Review Website Saver and Optional add-ons if shown. Select Continue to skip upgrades.
Work through the design and content stages.
On Submit pack, revisit any stages that need changes. When ready, select Submit Welcome Pack.
