How to add optional extras during the Welcome Pack
You can add extra products and services while completing your website Welcome Pack. The options and prices depend on your package. You can continue with your existing package if you don’t need anything extra.
What might be available?
- Branding and design: Professional logo design, business card design, letterhead design, social media graphics or favicon design.
- Website features: Options such as a translation widget, a video banner or a custom send email address.
- Design support: Options such as fast track design or Website Saver. If Website Saver has its own stage in your pack, you can review it there.
- Images: If your package includes a Photo Pack, choose library images in Content. If you need images and a paid Photo Pack is offered in Optional add-ons, review what’s included before adding it.

How to review or add an extra
Open Optional add-ons in your Welcome Pack. Review the options shown for your website, including any under Products you might like.
Select Add now beside an option to review it. Check what’s included, the price and whether the charge is one-off or recurring before confirming.
If you don’t want an extra, select Continue on the Optional add-ons screen to move on with your existing package.
