How to add a first-order discount for newly created customer accounts
In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of enabling a first-order discount for newly created customer accounts.
When a visitor creates an account on your website, they will receive an email confirming that the account has been set up. The email will include a voucher code that they can use on their first order.
Step 1
In your website editor, click on the 'Webshop' tab.

Then, go to the 'Customer accounts' section.

Click on the ' Settings' button.

Find the 'Enable first-order discount' button and toggle it.

A submenu will appear where you'll be able to choose the discount percentage and the minimum basket value for the discount to be applied (if required).
