How to add a first order discount for newly created customer accounts

In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of enabling a first order discount for newly created customer account.

When a visitor creates an account on your website, an email will be sent to them confirming their new account has been set up and will include a voucher code which they can use on their first order.

  1. In your Website Editor, click on the 'Webshop' tab.
  2. Then, go to the 'Customer account' section.
  3. Click on the ' Settings' button.
  4. Find the 'Enable first order discount' button and toggle it.
  5. A sub menu will appear where you'll be able to choose the discount percentage and the minimum basket value for the discount to be applied (if required).
  6. Finally, click on the 'Update button' settings.
