How to set up a default account discount for all your customers

In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of setting up a default discount for all customer accounts.

When enabled, this option allows you to set a default standing discount for all customers with an active account on your Webshop.

  1. In the website editor, select the 'Webshop' section.
  2. Click on 'Customer accounts'.
  3. Go to the settings represented by ' Settings'.
  4. Toggle the 'Default account discount percentage' button on.
  5. Select the discount you would like to give your customers.
  6. Finish the process by updating the settings.

You can also set up a standing discount for individual customer in their customer account. This will override the default discount you set for all customer accounts.
