How to set up a default account discount for all your customers

In this article we'll guide you through the process of setting up a default discount for all customer accounts.

This option enables you to set up a default standing discount for all customers that have an active account within your Webshop. This can incentivise customers to register with you.

  1. In the website editor, select the 'Webshop' section.
  2. Click on 'Customer accounts'.
  3. Go to the settings represented by ' Settings'.
  4. Toggle the 'Default account discount percentage' button on.
  5. Select the discount you would like to give your customers.
  6. Finish the process by updating the settings.

You can also set up a standing discount for individual customer in their customer account. This will override the default discount you set for all customer accounts.
