How to set up a default account discount for all your customers
In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of setting up a default discount for all customer accounts.
When enabled, this option allows you to set a default standing discount for all customers with an active account on your Webshop.
Step 1
In the website editor, select the 'Webshop' section.
Step 2
Click on 'Customer accounts'.
Step 3
Go to the settings represented by ' Settings'.
Step 4
Toggle the 'Default account discount percentage' button on.
Step 5
Select the discount you would like to give your customers.
Step 6
Finish the process by updating the settings.
You can also set up a standing discount for individual customer in their customer account. This will override the default discount you set for all customer accounts.
