How to set a standing discount for a specific customer account
In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of setting up a standing discount on a customer account.
When enabled, this option allows you to set up a standing discount for each customer individually. For example, you could use it for regular bulk-buying customers.
Step 1
In the website editor, click on the 'Webshop' tab.

Then select 'Customer accounts'.

Find the customer account you wish to set up a standing discount for.

Click on the icon, then 'Settings'.

Choose a standing discount percentage.
Step 6
Finish the process by clicking on the 'Update customer' button.
You can also set a site-wide discount for all customer accounts in the general settings of the customer accounts.
