How to create a voucher
In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of creating a voucher in your webshop.
Please note that vouchers can be created either for a single product or for all products. Creating vouchers for a specific group of products is not currently supported.
Step 1
In the website editor, go to the 'Webshop' tab.
Step 2
Select 'Vouchers'.
Step 3
Click on the 'Add voucher' button.
Step 4
Fill in the requested information.
- Voucher name: choose a name for your voucher.
- Voucher code: choose a voucher code or let the system generate a random code by leaving the box empty.
- Min basket value: choose the basket total which must be met in order for the voucher to be applied.
- Use limit: set an usage limit (how many times the voucher can be used by all customers combined).
- Type of voucher:
- Percentage off: take a percentage off the amount of the basket or product.
- Fixed amount off: take a fixed amount off the amount of the basket or product.
- Free delivery: applies free delivery to the basket (applies to all items).
- Product applies to: choose if you wish for the voucher to be applied to all products or a specific item.
- Discount amount: choose the amount you'd like to give out (doesn't apply for free delivery voucher).
Step 5
Finalise the process by adding the voucher.
