What is the Google Jobs feed upgrade?

The Google Jobs feed upgrade helps eligible vacancies from your recruitment website be considered for display in Google Jobs.

Once added, each vacancy includes a Google Jobs feed section where you can provide:

  • the hiring organisation,
  • whether the role is on-site, hybrid or fully remote,
  • location and applicant-country information,
  • optional salary details,
  • whether the vacancy should be excluded from Google Jobs.

Why choose this upgrade?

The Google Jobs feed upgrade can help you:

  • give eligible vacancies the opportunity to appear in Google Jobs,
  • keep the vacancy information supplied to Google up to date,
  • manage the required job details from your vacancy editor,
  • avoid uploading a separate feed or sharing your Google credentials with Webfactory.

What happens when I upgrade?

Webfactory prepares the structured vacancy information and automatically notifies Google when eligible vacancies are added, updated or removed. The connection uses the appropriate Search Console account, so you do not need to share your Google credentials with us.

How to add the Google Jobs feed upgrade

Follow how to add upgrades to your website to request the Google Jobs feed upgrade.

Google decides whether, where and for how long a vacancy appears. Adding the Google Jobs feed upgrade does not guarantee that a vacancy will be included in Google Jobs.
