Website upgrades are additional features or enhancements that you can sign up for to personalise your website's functionality or aesthetics.

1. In the website editor, go to the 'Upgrade' section.
2. Choose the upgrade you wish to add to your package.
3. Depending on the upgrade you chose we might ask you to provide further details e.g. for banners we'll ask you what colour you'd like or if you have a specific image in mind, etc.
4. Read our terms and conditions then click on the 'Add now' button.
5. A pop-up will appear confirming your request.
6. We'll send you an email when your request has been processed and/or completed for you to review depending on your chosen upgrade.
