If you are transferring away your domain name, but want to continue using our services you must ensure you correctly configure the DNS records with your new host. If you are transferring your domain name away and wish to cancel your services please make sure to inform us.

A £15+vat fee is applicable for domain transfers out. This fee covers the charges imposed by our domain provider.

Transferring away a domain ending .uk:
If your domain ends in .uk such as .co.uk and .org.uk, you'll need to obtain an IPS tag from the receiving domain host. Follow these steps:

1. Contact the new domain host and request their IPS tag.
2. Contact our support team and provide us with the IPS tag.
3. We will then make the required changes to start the transfer process.

Transferring .com and .org domains:
For .com and .org domains, you'll need to provide your new domain host with an authorisation code. We'll provide you with that code on request. Here's what you need to do:

1. Contact our support team and request the authorisation code.
2. Initiate the domain transfer process with your new domain host.
3. There are usually a number of confirmation emails you'll receive. Ensure to act on those emails to make certain the domain transfer completes successfully and swiftly.

The duration of the transfer process can vary. It may take from a few hours to a few days, depending on how quickly confirmation emails are replied to. Additionally, the timeframe may differ based on the type of domain.
